DNB CET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Student’s nationality should be Indian.
- Students should hold MBBS and MD/MS degree from any recognized university by Medical Council of India
- Students who possess post graduate medical degrees along with provisional pass certificates by 31st December 2018 are eligible.
- Students who have applied must have completed their rotatory training of 3 years by 31st December, 2018.
- Students who are pursuing DM/Mch and DNB course are not eligible for this examination.
- In order to be eligible to apply for DNB CET 2024 exam, student must be registered with M.C.I./State Medical Council and the proof of registration with these must be presented before authorities at the time of counselling.

DNB CET 2024 Exam Pattern
The basic DNB CET 2024 Exam Pattern is mentioned below:
- It is an objective test and will consist of a total of 300 MCQ or Multiple Choice Questions.
- Each question will have four responses out of which only one will be correct.
- The questions will be available in English only.
- There is no negative marking for wrong answers. Hence, attempting all questions in the test is advised.
- The duration of the exam will be three and a half hours.
- A 15-minute tutorial will be shown at the start of the examination for guiding the students through the question paper.
- The candidates will be able to navigate the paper in any order they wish to. Hence, the candidates can select the questions according to their preference and can solve those questions they want to solve first and then get to the difficult ones later.

DNB CET 2024 Syllabus
- The syllabus of DNB CET 2024 will contain the topics from the subjects prescribed by the authority of Medical Council of India with the prior consideration of the Governmen of India.
- The question paper will comprise of Part A and Part B sections.
- Part A:
Subjects of Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Ophthalmology, and Forensic Medicine. - Part B
ENT, general medicine, Statistical and Biomedical Research SPM, general surgery, dermatology & STD, Anesthesiology, Orthopedics, radiology, paediatrics, obstetrics and Gynaecology, psychiatry.
DNB CET 2024 Documents Required at Counselling

DNB CET 2024 Application Form
- Candidates are advised to go through the information brochure carefully before filling up the application form.
- The DNB CET application form will be made available twice that is in the month of December 2018 and July 2024 for different sessions.
- The application form of DNB CET 2024 can be applied by the candidates through online mode only.
- If in case the application form is found incomplete, the authority will cancel the form and no further request will be entertained.
- Candidates will be offered to choose the exam center city as per the availability of city centers.
- After the submission of test center, candidates will not be allowed to change it. Furthermore, correction in certain details will be allowed only till the last date of form submission.
- Candidates should also keep the printout of the application form till the admission process gets over.
DNB CET 2024 Admit Card
- After the completion of registration and scheduling process, DNB CET 2024 admit card will be allotted to candidate who have applied for this examination.
- The admit card will be available online on the official site of NBE. It will not be delivered by postal services.
- Candidates need to download the admit card online from the site and take a printout of the same. They will have to a paste a photograph in the given space.
- Candidates should not forget to carry DNB CET 2024 admit card and an identity proof along with them on the examination day.
How to Download the Admit Card?
Candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps to download DNB CET 2024:
- Visit the official website of NBE.
- Enter DNB CET 2024 application No. and the opted examination name.
- Admit card will be displayed on the screen and candidates will then be redirected to the download webpage.
- Click on Download admit card of DNB CET 2024 link.
- Download and save the respective admit card.
- DNB CET 2024 admit card will have the personal details as well as educational details information.
- They must check with the admit card carefully and in case of any discrepancy, they must report immediately.

DNB CET 2024 Result
DNB CET 2024 Result are out in the 2nd week of January 2024 for January session and 31 July, 2024 for June/July session. Results could be accessed by the students through online process on the official website of NBA. The result will be used to process DNB CET 2024 seat allotment for all the students who have cleared the exam. Candidates need to follow the steps given below to check with their results:
- Visit National Board of Examination official website.
- Click on the results tab.
- Fill in the mandatory credentials (enrolment number, password and captcha code).
- After logging in, the respective result will be displayed on the screen.

DNB CET 2024 Cutoff
DNB CET cutoff score is the minimum qualifying marks which must be secured by students to qualify the entrance examination. There are various factors on which cut-off marks depend such as availability of seats, number of applicants and difficulty level of the entrance examination. The exam conducting authority releases DNB CET 2024 cut off at the time of result declaration.
