IEMJEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for IEMJEE 2025 is stipulated by University of Engineering and Management. Students must ensure that they meet the eligibility requirements before applying for IEMJEE 2025. The various criteria are as stated below:
- NationalityApplicants of Indian origin as well as Foreign nationals are eligible to appear for IEMJEE.
- Educational Qualification for UG Programs:
Aspirants should have passed class 10 and class 12 exams and should secure no less than 50% aggregate (60% for engineering courses and B Stat). - Students who are awaiting their result or have appeared for the final examination of the qualifying exam are also eligible for IEMJEE 2025 provided they are able to show necessary documents at the time of admission.

IEMJEE 2025 Exam Pattern
IEMJEE exam pattern will vary depending on the course opted by the candidates.
- It will contain objective questions (MCQs) in various subjects.
- Every question will be followed by 4 alternative options as answers and candidates need to pick the correct one.
- Every correct answer will be awarded marks accordingly.
- It will be held in both online and offline mode.

IEMJEE Application Form
- IEMJEE Application form will be available online from March 2025.
- Candidates can apply for IEMJEE 2025 through online mode only.
- Online forms will be available on the official website of University of Engineering and Management (UEM).
- Applicants have the option to choose the date slot suitable for them and apply accordingly.
- They will not be required to upload any documents or take printout of the same. Aspirants can apply via the online mode by following the simple steps stated below:
- Step 1: Choice of Course
- Log on to the official website and click on ‘Admissions’.
- A list of courses will appear. Aspirants must choose the course they wish to pursue and click on the link provided to fill IEMJEE 2025 Application Form.
- Step 2: Filling the Application Form
- An application form will appear on the screen after choosing the particular course.
- Aspirants will have to enter personal details like nationality, name, date of birth, gender, details about parents, communication details, campus preferred, etc.
- They will also have to enter a valid email ID and mobile number through which the organizing body will send them notifications regarding the exam.
Documents Required for IEMJEE 2025 Counselling
Documents verification is an important element of IEMJEE 2025 Counseling. The documents required for counseling are listed below:
- IEMJEE Hall Ticket and Rank card
- Class 10th and 12th Mark sheet and Passing Certificate
- Qualifying Degree mark sheet and certificate (Graduation)
- Transfer or Leaving certificate from institute last attended
- Migration Certificate
- Nationality Certificate
- Proof of date of birth
IEMJEE 2025 Admit Card
IEMJEE Admit Card will be issued to candidates who have successfully registered for the exam. The conducting body will send a copy of the admit cards on the registered email IDs of applicants. It will be made available soon after the submission of application forms. Admit cards will not be issued via post to the candidates.
Hall ticket must be retained carefully as it has to be produced at the time of admission and counseling, duly signed by the exam supervisor. It will contain details about the individual such as the Name and Roll number, Date of IEMJEE 2025 and the test center allotted along with the address.
Follow these steps to download IEMJEE 2025 Admit Card:
- Log on to the email account used during registration.
- Click on the mail from IEMJEE 2025. Applicants must check the spam mail also incase the mail does not appear in the inbox.
- Admit card will appear. Download it and print out 2 copies of it.
- Candidates must affix a recent, passport size photo on the admit card and carry a government issued photo ID to the exam center for verification.
IEMJEE 2025 Result
- IEMJEE Results will be declared within 2 weeks of conducting the exam.
- The results will be published on the official website of UEM.
- The results will be released in the form of rank cards.
- Log on to the official website of IEMJEE 2025.
- Click on the link related to ‘IEMJEE 2025 Result’.
- Aspirants will have to enter their hall ticket number and full name as done during registration. Click on ‘Submit’.
- The result will appear in the form of rank card. Download it and take print out for subsequent processes.
